Sara is a Lecturer in Veterinary Parasitology at the Royal Veterinary College in London. She has a clinical background, previously working as a vet in practice for almost a decade. Her research interests include zoonotic helminths and their routes of transmission, and much of her work has focused on Toxocara spp. of canids and felids. Her work has been published in various journals including Parasitology, the International Journal for Parasitology, and Parasites & Vectors.
